Bulkoki (National dish of Kora), sweet and hot pork or beef

Recipe Ingredients for Bulkoki

2 lbs pork loin
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar
6 garlic cloves
4 green onions
1/8 cup safflower oil
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tbs cayenne

Recipe Directions for Bulkoki

  1. Cut meat into thin strips 1" long

  2. Mix all ingredients, let marinate 2-4 hours

  3. Stir Fry 8 minutes

  4. Add marinade, bring to a boil

  5. serve over fried rice
