Recipe Ingredients for bulgur wheat with walnuts

2 cups bulgur wheat
2 1/3 cups walnuts
1 tsp salt
1 onion
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp mint
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt

Recipe Directions for bulgur wheat with walnuts

  1. Soak wheat in warm water - 15 min. Drain.

  2. Chop walnuts coarsely with 1t salt on a chopping board.

  3. Mix wheat, walnuts, onion, tomatoes, and mint. Drizzle with oil. Refrigerate for 15 min.

  4. Stir garlic into yogurt. Garnish with mint and serve with yogurt.
