Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur wheat, oriental

78 g of Bulgur wheat
1 Stock cube
50 g Stir-Fry Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Bulgur wheat, oriental

  1. Put 1/2 a cup of Bulgur wheat into a bowl

  2. Put 1 cup of water

  3. Crush 1 stock cube into the bowl and mix

  4. Place a handful of stirfry vegetables in the bowl and mix again.

  5. Place bowl into the microwave, cover loosly and heat for 4-5mins

  6. Mix and allow to cool before cosuming
