Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur salad

3/4 cup cooked bulgur wheat
1 tomato
8 asparagus spears
1/4 red onion
2 tbl orange juice
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp. dried basil
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for Bulgur salad

  1. prepare bulgar

  2. chop vegetable

  3. mix orange juice, rice vinegar and spices

  4. pour orange juice dressing over the salad.
