This is a very nutty tasting salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur Salad

1 cup bulgur
28 grams dried cherries
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup parsley
1/8 cup chives
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey

Recipe Directions for Bulgur Salad

Place the bulgur in a large dish. Just cover the grain with boiling water and let sit for two hours. Drain and pat dry if necessary after two hours. Add the remaining dry ingredients and mix. Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, and liquid honey in a jar or bowl. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
