Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

1/4 cup bulgur
50 g lettuce
20 g spring onion
50 g tomatoes
50 g cucumber
30 g parsley
30 g bell pepper
1/4 tbs olive oil
31 g lemon juice
1 tbs vinegar
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of chili pepper
1 pinch of black pepper

Recipe Directions for Bulgur Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Soake fine bulgur with warm water and let it cool.

  2. Prepare all other ingredient just like preparing Mediterranean salad. And mix with bulgur.

  3. It tastes better after 4-5 hours later.

  4. This dish can be served with all types of barbeque meats, too.
