Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur Salad with green olives and sweet peppers

1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
0.25 cup Parsley
1 plum tomato(62 g) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1/2 grams Pepper, Black
2 tbsp Vinegar red wine
3 tbsp Olive Oil
8 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
3 cup Bulgur, Cooked
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots

Recipe Directions for Bulgur Salad with green olives and sweet peppers

  1. Dice the tomato

  2. Chop the remaining vegetables

  3. Add to cooked bulgur

  4. Add the vinegar and oil

  5. Add salt and pepper

  6. Mix well

  7. Serve at room temperature or chilled
