Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur with raisins

1 cup(182 g) Bulgur, Cooked

Recipe Directions for Bulgur with raisins

  1. 350 grams of bulgur

  2. 2 tbsp olive oil

  3. 1 tsp sesame oil

  4. 1 tbsp peanut oil

  5. 1 tsp curry powder

  6. 1 tsp herbes de provance

  7. 1 tsp thym

  8. 1.5 tsp aromat

  9. 1/3 tsp salt

  10. 3 drops of lemon juice (in bottle)

  11. 1 handful of raisins

  12. 650 ml water

  13. Add the water in a medium size saucepan and add all the ingredients.

  14. The moment it boils turn the fire to low and let it steam cook for 10 minutes. Once a while stir to ensure even distribution of the seasoning.
