1 cup Bulgur
2 tablespoon peanut oil
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 small onion
1 teaspoon mint

Recipe Directions for Bulgur pilavi (bulgur with onion)

  1. cut onion into small pieces and put into the pan.

  2. add tomato paste and oil

  3. 2-3 tablespoon water to take the smell of the onion during cooking, wait 1 minute

  4. add bulgur and the other ingredients

  5. add 1 cup water

  6. Cook for 15-20 min.
