Recipe Ingredients for bulgur pilau

1 small red onion
2 garlic cloves
350 grams bulgur wheat
175 grams tomatoes
75 grams broccoli
2 tablespoons honey
50 grams raisins
50 grams cashew nuts

Recipe Directions for bulgur pilau

  1. spray a bit of oil in deep pot

  2. saute onion & garlic

  3. add bulgur wheat, tomatoes, broccoli & 1 1/2 pint stock, bring to boil & reduce cook for 10 minutes

  4. stir in honey, raisans, nuts, cinnamon, cumin & salt & pepper to taste.

  5. cook for another 10 minutes
