Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur Pilaf

1 cup bulgur wheat
2 cups chicken stock
1 lb. asparagus, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Bulgur Pilaf

  1. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish or cast iron skillet.

  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 minutes.

  3. Let stand 10 minutes before serving to absorb any excess liquid.
