Stove Top Casserole, warm and filling can top with toasted pecans or cashews

Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur Pilaf

1 cup bulgur
1/2 cup whole wheat elbow macaroni
1 med onion, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
15 ounce garbanzo beans
2 3/4 cups water
2 tsp bouillon
2 tsp basil
10 3/4 ounce 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup

Recipe Directions for Bulgur Pilaf

  1. Saute onion

  2. add bulgur and pasta and allow to brown a bit

  3. add water, bouillon, garbanzo beans, basil and bring to boil

  4. immediately put to simmer and cook for 20 min

  5. now add cream of mushroom soup
