Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur and Lentils

1 cup bulgur
1/2 cup red lentil
3 cups hot water
1/2 cup green onions
1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon curry
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Recipe Directions for Bulgur and Lentils

  1. Sift and wash lentils and bulgur.

  2. Heat water in the pot.

  3. Add lentils, bulgur, salt, oil, turmeric and curry.

  4. Cook until all water is evaporated on low heat.

  5. Wash and cut green onions and add to the pot when the meal is cooked.
