1 cup Bulgur Wheat
36 g currants
1 c water
175 grams Grapes, Red Or Green (European Type Varieties, Such As, Thompson Seedless)
166 grams Celery
36 tbsp chopped Shallots
60 g walnuts
45 grams Vinegar balsamic
10 grams Parsley
21 g walnut oil

Recipe Directions for Bulgur and grape salad

  1. pour 1 c boiling water over bulrgur and currents. Let sit until water is absorbed and cooled to room temp.

  2. Add other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
