Recipe Ingredients for Bulgur and Flax Pilaf

2 tbsp Butter
1 cup dry Bulgur Wheat
2 serving Flaxseed
95 grams Onions
121 grams Plum Tomato
2 cup Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Bulgur and Flax Pilaf

In a medium saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Add bulgur, flaxseed and onions. Stir until bulgur is golden brown, about 3 minutes. Stir in tomato, chicken broth, salt and Italian seasonings. Cover, bring to a boil then lower heatand simmer approximately 15 minutes or until all the broth is absorbed. Fluff pilaf with fork. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
