Recipe Ingredients for Bulgar Wheat with raisins and almonds

1 cup bulgur wheat
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
4 green onions, sliced
4 tbsp butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Bulgar Wheat with raisins and almonds

Bring broth to a boil. In bowl, pour broth over bulgur wheat and raisins. Cover. Let sit for 30 minutes. Mix in almonds, green onions and butter. Serve warm or room temperature.
