Recipe Ingredients for Bulgar with Mushrooms

2.75 cup Bulgar Wheat
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 cup, sliced Onions
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 cup Natural Cheese
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1.5 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared

Recipe Directions for Bulgar with Mushrooms

Prepare Bulgar as directed. Drain and Add Chicken stock. Saute other ingrediants in olive oil, mix together sprinkle with cheese and serve.
