Recipe Ingredients for Bulgar and Edamame Salad

1 cup Shelled Edamame
2 oz Natural Plain Yogurt
1 serving Dressing
4 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 cup Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Bulgar and Edamame Salad

  1. Cook bulgar [1 C dry bulgar + 2 C water, bring to boil, reduce heat to medium, cook ~ 20 mins or until done], let cool.

  2. Combine miracle whip, yogurt, and lemon juice; stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in edamame and diced red onion, then stir in the cooled, cooked bulgar.
