1 lbs chicken breast
9 cups water
4 carrots
4 stalk celery
6 small mushrooms
2 green onions
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for building something with high fiber

  1. salt and spice pork, then brown in cooking pot with very little olive oil. remove.

  2. have over-night soaked beans ready - wash.

  3. in pot that pork was browned, sautee onion, carrots, celery, mushroom. add pork and beans, water.

  4. bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. let sit for 5 hrs.

  5. add green onions to serving dish.
