Easy. Enjoy it all year around. I use stock instead of water to get the benefits of the gelatin from the bones When using homemade stock from chicken or turkey bones chill & skim off fat prior to using.

4000 grams water
796 ml tomatoes, President's Choice, diced, salt free
250 grams celery, chopped
200 grams carrots, sliced
10 grams garlic, chopped
265 grams red kidney beans
200 grams corn
140 grams, barley

Recipe Directions for buggyhair's veggie soup

  1. Put all ingredients into a large pot.

  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Simmer until veggies are cooked tender.

  4. Ladle into bowls & serve.
