Recipe Ingredients for buggyhair's vegetarian pasta bake

675 grams tomatoes, chopped
200 grams onions, chopped
560 grams whole wheat pasta, dry
454 grams mozza, part skim milk
75 grams parmesan, hard cheese
625 grams yogurt, plain, natural 2%
10 ounce bag spinach
20 grams thyme, dry, lemon
10 grams garlic, granulated
5 grams oregano, dry
5 grams onion powder

Recipe Directions for buggyhair's vegetarian pasta bake

  1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain.

  2. Chop tomatoes and onion.

  3. In a bowl mix together yogurt, parmesan cheese, 1/2 of the mozza cheese and spices.

  4. Sprinkle 1/3 of the tomatoes and onions.

  5. Top with 1/3 of the cooked pasta.

  6. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over the pasta.

  7. Put 1/2 of spinach on.

  8. Repeat.

  9. Top with remaining mozza cheese.

  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
