Recipe Ingredients for buggyhair's rhubarb crisp

800 grams rhubarb, dice in to 1/2 inch pieces, about 9 cups
130 grams sugar, about 3/4 cup
50 grams oat flour, about 1/2 cup
5 grams cinnamon, about 1 tsp
100 grams oat flour, about 1 cup
90 grams packed brown sugar, about 3/4 cup
75 grams rolled oats, about 3/4 cup
80 grams butter, about 1/2 cup

Recipe Directions for buggyhair's rhubarb crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

  2. In a large bowl toss together rhubarb, sugar, oat flour and cinnamon.

  3. In a separate bowl mix brown sugar, oat flour, oats, and butter, by hand until crumbly.

  4. Put rhubarb mixture in a lightly greased 8 inch baking pan, or 8 ramekins.

  5. Top with crumb mixture.

  6. Bake for 30 minutes.

  7. *Note: If you don't have oat flour available use regular oats. Process in a blender.
