Easy. I substitute 1 can (28 oz.) White kidney beans & 2 cans (56 oz. total) Romano beans for the red kidney beans. For ease of weighing use 3 cans of tomatoes.

Recipe Ingredients for buggyhair's quick chili

5 pounds extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
10 oz. yellow onion
14 oz. yellow or orange peppers
1 cup raw mushroom
5 1/2 fl. oz. Hunts tomato paste
2388 ml tomatoes, President's Choice, diced, salt free
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1/4 cup Kraft barbecue sauce hickory sauce
1/4 cup chili powder
84 ounces red kidney beans

Recipe Directions for buggyhair's quick chili

  1. Cook and drain beef. Chop and add vegetables. Drain and rinse beans

  2. and add all remaining ingredients. Simmer on low for 2-3 hours.

  3. 12 ounces per serving.
