Great alternative to a more fattening slaw. And of course yummy

Recipe Ingredients for Buffy's Slaw

3 c shredded cabbage
1 T chives
2 radishes
1/4 c cilantro
1 T sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame seed oil
1/4 c rice vinegar
1 T fresh ginger
1 tsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Buffy's Slaw

  1. Put shredded cabbage in a large bowl. Add chopped chives, radishes and cilantro.

  2. In a non-stick fry pan over medium heat spray with olive oil Pam. Add sesame seeds and heat until brown, Add to cabbage mixture.

  3. In a small bowl add remaining ingredients together. Mix then add to cabbage, mix thoroughly.
