This recipe is useful for someone trying to rid their body of Candida. Helpful for getting some of the cayenne pepper.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Wings - CANDIDA

1 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
0.25 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Wings - CANDIDA

  1. Beat egg well in medium bowl. Combine with vinegar, oil, and season with garlic powder, celery powder, salt, and lots of cayenne pepper.

  2. This sauce is to be brushed over chicken wings appx 5 times during a 450 bake for half an hour. Wings may be turned as necessary. I recommend entering the wings separately into Calorie Count since otherwise it will count you as getting a full serving of sauce.. the recipe doesn't use all the sauce at once, but works for multiple batches. I did 2 lbs of wings at a time.
