Would not accept buffalo wing sauce in the ingredients. It doesn't change calories, but it does add 500mg sodium per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Wings Boneless

16 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp tabasco sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Wings Boneless

  1. Cut chicken into nuggets. Put in a bowl.

  2. Pour buttermilk and Tabasco over chicken and stir. Allow to marinate at least 30 min.

  3. Preheat oven to 400.

  4. Put bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Drop 4 pieces of chicken at a time into the bag and shake to coat. Place on a baking sheet prepared with a silpat mat, parchment or foil.

  5. Spray nuggets lightly with oil spray (for browing).

  6. Bake 20 minutes or according to the size of your nuggets.

  7. Pour 1/4 cup Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce in a bowl. Add cooked nuggets and toss to coat.

  8. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
