Recipe Ingredients for buffalo and veggies for lunch

16 oz broccoli
1 1/4 cups onion
8 oz celery
29 oz diced tomatoes
1 1/5 lbs bison, ground
6 cups spinach
4 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for buffalo and veggies for lunch

  1. put 1/2 cup frozen broccoli into 7 seperate lunch containers

  2. brown meat

  3. add remaining veggies and seasonings of choice

  4. cook for a while

  5. put one cup of meat mixture into each lunch container

  6. eat for a week
