Recipe Ingredients for buffalo turkey chili

20 oz Ground Turkey
0.25 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Butter
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
5 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Paprika
2 cup Stock
24 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
8 oz Blue Cheese

Recipe Directions for buffalo turkey chili

  1. brown ground turkey in butter and olive oil.

  2. chop onion, carrot, celery and garlic

  3. add veggies and paprika to ground meat & cook for 3-4 minutes

  4. add chicken stock, tomatoes and hot sauce

  5. bring to a boil and cook, covered for 10 minutes

  6. serve topped with blue cheese
