Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Shrimp Salad

20 shrimp (medium)
2 tbs butter
1/4 c hot sauce
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 c romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Shrimp Salad

  1. Melt butter, add hot sauce and curry powder, stir. Keep on low heat. Boil shrimp, add to pan with buffalo sauce.

  2. Heat through.

  3. Add to plate with lettuce. Serve.
