Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chicken and Tomatoes

12 oz chicken breast
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Ranch Roasted Chicken and Tomatoes

  1. crush snyder's buffalo flavored pretzel pieces until finely crushed

  2. mix with 1/2 package of ranch and herb crusted shake-n-bake mix

  3. shake chicken in buffalo/ranch mix and cook as directed on shake-n-bake

  4. lay cherry tomatoes and peppers on baking pan and mix with some of second 1/2 of ranch shake-n-bake and coat with remaining mix

  5. bake for 15 minutes @ 450 deg
