Buffalo Meatloaf Recipe

Most large supermarkets now sell ground bison or buffalo meat. This very healthy alternative to beef has 50% less cholesterol, and contains none of the hormones, and antibiotics that cattle sometimes receive. It's also delicious, and makes a great meatloaf recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Meatloaf

1 lb Ground Buffalo
1 Red Pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1 large egg
2 tbls Catsup

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Meatloaf

  1. Mix all ingredients.

  2. Form into a loaf.

  3. Spray loaf pan with Pam

  4. Bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 375 degree oven. (A little longer for a firmer loaf.)
