Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Meatballs

1 serving Egg-Nature's Promise Organic Cage Free
1 serving Croutons-Seasoned Pepperidge Farm
1 serving Parmesan Cheese-Kraft Natural
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/2 grams Pepper, Black
4 serving Ground Buffalo
87 grams onion

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Meatballs

  1. Heat oven to 350

  2. Shred onion or chop very fine and put in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add the egg to the onion and beat with a fork. If you need more moisture you can add a little skim milk.

  4. Add the buffalo to the mixture (1lb) and sprinkle the crushed croutons over them.

  5. Add the cheese, oregano, salt and pepper and mix together with a fork or your hands.

  6. Put foil over a baking pan, and begin forming the buffalo mixture into ping-pong size balls on the pan.

  7. Bake for 20-30 min.

  8. Serving size is 3 meatballs
