Recipe Ingredients for buffalo enchiladas

1 1/4 lbs ground bison
16 oz enchilada sauce
14 1/2 oz tomatoes
8 oz kraft colby & monteray Jack cheese
8 oz spinach
9 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups onion

Recipe Directions for buffalo enchiladas

  1. brown meat

  2. add onions

  3. add spinach and tomatoes

  4. cook filling 5 more minutes

  5. put about a tablespoon in each tortilla, then fill with filling mix

  6. top with rest of cheese and enchilada sauce

  7. cook for 30 minutes at 375
