Buffalo Dip Recipe

Great dip for any get together. I use Frank's Buffalo wing sauce for the hot sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Dip

2 chicken breast
1 stalk celery, finely diced
8 ounce reduced-fat cream cheese
3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup hot sauce
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Dip

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large saucepan; cover with water. Boil until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Remove from water, and cool. Pull meat from bones and skin. Shred meat and reserve.

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Mix in the cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, celery and ranch dressing. Cook and stir until smooth and creamy. Stir in the shredded chicken and hot sauce. Spoon mixture into an 8x8 baking dish. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese.Bake in preheated oven until golden and bubbly, about 30 minutes. This can also be made in a crockpot, just put everything in and heat until bubbly then turn to keep warm setting.
