Awesome, hearty filling healthy buffalo chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo chili

30 oz red kidney beans
4 T chili powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 T vegetable oil
2 medium yellow onions
1 lb ground buffalo
28 oz diced tomatoes canned
15 oz tomato sauce
2 T tomato paste

Recipe Directions for Buffalo chili

  1. 1. chop onion & garlic

  2. 2. saute in oil until transparent

  3. 3. add buffalo, cook over medium high heat in dutch oven

  4. 4. add spice mixture, cook until meat browned

  5. 5. add tomatoes, paste, sauce, and kidney beans

  6. 6. simmer covered additional 30 minutes until flavors blend
