Recipe Ingredients for "Buffalo" chili

1 pound lean ground beef
15 ounces whole kernel corn
15 ounces red beans
15 ounces black beans
30 ounces canned tomatoes
6 ounces onion
8 ounces bell pepper
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 ounces tomato paste
12 ounces water
1 cup low-fat yogurt

Recipe Directions for "Buffalo" chili

  1. Brown the meat. Add the onions and peppers for the last part so they cook a little.

  2. Add the undrained corn and tomatoes.

  3. Drain and rinse the beans and add.

  4. Add the spices and tomato paste/water.

  5. Stir together.

  6. Simmer 40-45 minutes, stirring frequently.

  7. Ladle into bowls and top with a dollop of low-fat plain yogurt.
