This is my healthier take on the Buffalo Chicken Burrito that Boloco makes.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wrap

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
6 corn tortillas
1 cup brown basmati rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
5 tbsp Franks RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce Original
6 tbs Chunky Blue Cheese
6 leaves romaine lettuce

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Wrap

  1. Roast chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper and adobo seasoning and put in a 350 degree oven for one hour.

  2. Cook rice in rice cooker with 2 cups of water.

  3. After letting chicken rest for 15 minutes, chop into cubes.

  4. Combine rice, chicken, blue cheese, lettuce and hot sauce on top of a wrap.

  5. roll together and eat!
