This is a super yummy recipe that I found one day and I love it because it is light in calories depending on the type of wrap you use.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wrap

7 grams Franks Redhot Wings Sauce
0.16 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 serving Dannon Non-Fat Plain Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Cube and cook 1 lb. Chicken add in 1 medium diced tomato, once cooked add in 2 tbsp Franks Redhot wing sauce, 2 tbsp Dannon fat-free all natural plain yogurt, 3 tbsp White Vinegar. Mix well and serve on wraps, top with lettuce. I like the flat out light Italian wraps only 90 cals.
