Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Strips - Healthy

27 oz Chicken
2.7 oz Plain Nonfat
1.15 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Strips - Healthy

Marinate chicken tenders with greek yogurt and the following seasonings: cumin powder, smoky paprika, chipotle powder and grill seasoning (or fajita seasoning) about 3/4 tsp of each. Marinate fo1 hour. Coat chicken with panko crumbs and plance in a baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Put in a 425 preheated oven for 25 minues.
