Buffalo Chicken Soup; I modified a recipe I found online, cutting out the cheese and adding extra hot sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Soup

1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
8 oz Penne Dry
8 oz Carrots
1 small Onions
3 tsp Garlic
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 oz Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
32 oz 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
45 grams Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Soup

Cube chicken and toss in flour (seasoned to taste). Brown in 1 1/2 Tbls of butter. Remove from pan and reserve. Dice or chop raw onion and carrots. Sautee until soft in 1 1/2 Tbls of butter. When almost done, add garlic. When vegetables are finished, add chicken, broth, pasta and hot sauce to taste. Simmer until pasta is al dente and chicken is cooked through.
