Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo chicken sandwich

1 cup Fiber One
4 oz Franks RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 oz Original Cooking Spray
4 roll Select Multi-Grain Pre-Sliced Sandwich Thins
4 leaf, large Lettuce, Iceberg

Recipe Directions for Buffalo chicken sandwich

Preheat oven to 375. Marinate cutlets in buffalo wing sauce. Grind fiber one in food processor until bread-crumb like consistency. Coat chicken with crumbs. Spray non-stick pan with Pam. Place cutlets on pan & spray top with Pam. Bake 8-10 minutes. Serve on sandwich thins with lettuce & tomato.
