Easy recipe for buffalo chicken salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Salad

2 c romaine lettuce
1 carrot
1 stalk celery
2 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbs vidalia onion
1 tbs butter
2 tbs hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Salad

  1. Cut 2 boneless skinless chicken breast stips into 1 inch pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in toaster oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

  2. Cut up lettuce, carrot, celery and onion and place in serving bowl.

  3. Melt butter and hotsauce in a pan. When chicken is done, toss in hotsauce mixture and allow to cool. Top salad with chicken and serve w/ prepared blue cheese dressing.
