Great Salad for those who miss their Buffalo Chicken Wings

Recipe Ingredients for "Buffalo" Chicken Salad

1 teaspoon butter
1 clove garlic minced
4 ounces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, cubed
85 grams Romaine Lettuce, torn
85 grams carrots, chopped
120 grams celery, chopped
149 grams Red Pepper, diced
2 tablespoons Blue Cheese
2 tablespoons Ranch Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon tabasco

Recipe Directions for "Buffalo" Chicken Salad

  1. Melt Butter in pan on Med Low heat

  2. Add the Garlic and Saute

  3. Add chicken and saute with garlic and butter

  4. In a bowl add lettuce, carrots, celery and red pepper

  5. Pour Ranch Dressing over salad and toss thourghly.

  6. Plate the salad

  7. Place chicken in bowl used to mix salad, add the tabaso and gentle toss until coated

  8. Place chicken on top of salad

  9. Sprinkle with blue cheese
