Salad with all of the delights of buffalo wings!

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Salad

2 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/2 cup, shredded Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
0.25 cup, chopped Carrots
1/2 cup chopped raw Grape Tomatoes
1 serving Red Hot Wings Sauce
0.25 serving Low Fat Cultured Buttermilk
1 tbsp Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Salad

  1. Slice chicken very thin, coat with wing sauce and broil for 10 minutes

  2. Combine buttermilk, yogurt and cheese

  3. Add lettuce, green onions, tomatoes and carrots together layer on a plate

  4. Top salad with dressing

  5. Place chicken on top of salad, enjoy!
