Pan Fried Hot and Spicy Chicken Strips

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken

8 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 tbls Olive Oil
10 tsp Franks RedHot Hot Sauce (tsp)

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken

  1. Add olive oil to a frying pan on medium high heat.

  2. When the oil is shimmering pan fry the chicken breast approximately 6 minutes on each side, the outside of the chicken should be lightly browned and the inside should be white and cooked through.

  3. Slice the chiken breast into 1 inch strips.

  4. Place the chicken strips into a bowl and add the Franks RedHot Hot Sauce.

  5. Toss until the chicken strips are completely coated.

  6. Serve hot.
