For every 6 ounces of Chicken, use 2 tbsp dijonnaise use 2 tbsp water use 1 tbsp water use 4 melba rounds crushed

6 oz Breast Tenderloins
6 teaspoon Dijonnaise Creamy Dijon Mustard
2 fl oz Water
6 tsp Franks RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce Original
4 pieces Melba Snacks Whole Grain

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. combine dijonnaise, water, and hot sauce and dredge chicken through it.

  3. place chicken on cookie shoeet lined with foil and sprayed with pam.

  4. sprinkle crushed melba over chicken and bake for 12 minutes.
