This is a lower Calorie Version of the original, If you love Buffalo chick anything, this is for you!!! you can also use this as a dip for baked chips ( scoops work best) instead of the muffin **Keep in mind the calories this calculated is not correct, it is 320 calories on the muffin**

Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Pizzas

1/3 cup Chicken Breast (canned in water)
1/4 cup shredded Mexican blend Cheese (use fat free to subtract 45 calories)
2 T Hot Sauce
2 T fat free Ranch Dressing
1 English Muffin (use light to subtract 30 calories)

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Pizzas

  1. In microwave safe bowl or pan on stove- mix chicken with hot sauce till bubbly, remove from heat.., cover English muffin with mixture, then add the cheese then drizzle with dressing

  2. Bake on 350 till cheese in light brown and melting
