Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

8 oz Mezze Penne
2 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
4 oz Blue Cheese Crumbled Natural
2 NLEA serving Carrots, Baby
2 cup, diced Celery
4 oz Franks RedHot Hot Sauce
4 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp Onion Powder
2 tsp Celery Salt
0.5 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

  1. Boil pasta according to directions.

  2. Whisk together the olive oil, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt. Set aside.

  3. When pasta is ready, drain, and rinse in cold water.

  4. Place in mixing bowl, add chicken, carrots, celery and blue cheese.

  5. Drizzle dressing and stir until well coated.

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
