Recipe Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

6 tbsp Franks RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
2 cups Classic Cole Slaw
12 ea Egg Roll/Spring Roll Wrappers
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
0.55 g Original Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Boil the chicken in a pot or crockpot until tender or falling apart. Shred with fork. Add Frank's Red Hot sauce until meat is moist/covered. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set out egg roll wrapper so that a point is facing you. Layer cole slaw, chicken, and blue cheese. Fold sides in, then roll upwards. Use a drop of water to seal flap closed. Spray a wire rack with cooking spray. Place eggrolls on rack in pan and also spray with Pam or cooking spray. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing if desired (not included in calories).
