6 wrappers Egg Roll
2.5 serving Rotisserie Style Shaved Chicken Breast
4 wedge Light Cheese
2 slice 2% Milk American Singles
1 serving Barbecue Sauce

Recipe Directions for buffalo chicken 'cupcakes'

  1. Preheat oven to 375

  2. Spray a cupcake pan.

  3. Place one egg roll wrap in each of 6 cups in the pan.

  4. Microwave the chicken, blue cheese wedges, and barbecue sauce (add a little Tobasco for extra heat, if you dare) for 1.5 minutes and stir to thoroughly cover the chicken.

  5. Place a spoon of chicken mixture in the bottom of each cup. Put part of a slice of cheese on each and fold the egg roll wrap over the top.

  6. Bake at 375 for about 18-25 minutes (until crispy on top).
